This will be fruitful for the organisation as a reward for positive action will reinforce it and would motivate the employee to repeat the actions and also recognising the efforts of the employee and praising them would boost their morale and would generate a feeling of belongingness which would reduce employee turnover.

  • Receive Feedback

The employees should be motivated to provide constructive feedback to their employers. This will invite the employees to express the problems and their possible solutions which will improve the culture in the organisation and would promote job satisfaction. But the feedback must be worked upon else it will do no good to the organisation.

  • Provide Flexibility

Work Life Balance effects productivity of the employees. Poor work life balance can be a cause of stress and would effect the efficiency of performing the task. Providing the flexibility of choosing work hour and the convenience of remote working would help resolve work life balance issues and would help the employees to give their best for the organisation.
